  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

    All orders are processed within 3 working days. Your delivery time may vary depending on the country in which you place your order. Orders placed in European Union are usually delivered between 3 to 7 working days. Orders placed outside of European Union can take between 7 working days to 4 weeks. This time period may vary depending on the time of year (for example, potential delays may occur over Christmas)

    CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ORDERED ITEM?

    Yes.

    RETURNS: EUROPEAN UNION

    Products bought from Qwest TV may be returned to in their original condition within 14 days after receiving your item (s). We will then issue a refund. We are not able to refund or take responsibility for this shipping.

    You are able to make an exchange within 30 days after receiving your item. The product must be returned to its original condition. If you are considering returning an item, please notify us and include your order number and the reason for the return within your package.

    Refunds will be made only after receipt of the product and verification of its original condition. No refunds will be given for items that are returned with obvious wear. In this instance, the item will be returned to you.

    RETURNS: OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

    Although we refund returned items (within 30 days) on orders outside Europe, we do not offer exchanges on these orders. If you would like a replacement item, you will have to place a new order. No refunds will be given for items that are returned with obvious wear. In this instance, they will be returned to you.

    It is important for us that our clothes are ethically sourced. Because of this, Qwest TV outsources the production of its high-quality garments only to providers who care about the health and well-being of their employees. The producers we work with, apply the Fair Wear Foundation‘s Code of Conduct and use the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certificate. This ensures that they respect their employees and provide them with a safe work environment while minimizing their environmental impact as much as possible.
